Cooking for wellbeing and mental health

(secondary and sixth form school programme)

A dynamic, engaging and stress-free week (2-4 day) programme, where young people can learn not only cooking skills, but also how to collaborate, communicate and share spaces with each others.

Young people will cook, share stories, and eat all togheter. Ideal for year 9 and above.
